Often known as the “King of Rock and Roll,” he helped transform popular music with his distinctive voice, energetic performances and charismatic stage presence.

Elvis grew up in a working-class family and developed a passion for music from an early age, influenced by gospel, country and rhythm and blues. In 1954, he began recording with Sun Records in Memphis, Tennessee, where his unique style quickly attracted attention. His breakthrough came with songs such as Heartbreak Hotel, Hound Dog and Jailhouse Rock, making him a global star.
