About JLS:-
JLS are an English boy band formed in London in 2006, consisting of Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, JB Gill and Oritsé Williams. They gained national attention after appearing on The X Factor in 2008, where they finished as runners-up.
Following the television competition, JLS signed a major record deal and released their debut single Beat Again in 2009. The song reached number one in the UK and was followed by another successful single, Everybody in Love.
Their self-titled debut album became a major commercial success, producing further hits and establishing JLS as one of Britain's leading boy bands. Their music combined contemporary pop and R&B with polished vocal harmonies and energetic performances.
Further successful singles included The Club Is Alive, Love You More, She Makes Me Wanna and Proud. The group won numerous awards and developed a large and dedicated fanbase.
JLS announced their split in 2013 after a successful farewell tour. They later reunited in 2020 and returned to touring and recording, demonstrating the enduring popularity of their music.
The group have sold millions of records and achieved multiple UK number-one singles. Their successful transition from television talent show contestants to an established pop act made them one of the most recognisable British boy bands of the late 2000s and early 2010s.
