About All Saints:-
All Saints are an English-Canadian girl group formed in London in 1993. The group originally consisted of Melanie Blatt, Shaznay Lewis, and sisters Nicole and Natalie Appleton. They became one of Britain's most successful female groups during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Their breakthrough came with the 1997 single I Know Where It's At, followed by the international hit Never Ever. Their self-titled debut album became a major commercial success and established their distinctive blend of pop, R&B and alternative influences.
Further hits included Bootie Call, Pure Shores and Black Coffee. Their music often had a more sophisticated and understated sound than many of their contemporaries, while their fashion and image also became influential during the 1990s.
All Saints initially split in 2001 following disagreements within the group. They reunited in 2006 and later returned again in 2014, releasing new music and performing live.
The group have achieved multiple UK number-one singles and albums and have sold millions of records worldwide. Their song Pure Shores, featured in the film The Beach, became one of their most enduring recordings.
All Saints remain an important part of British pop history, particularly for their contribution to the evolution of the girl group during the late 1990s. Their distinctive sound and style continue to be remembered by fans of the era.
